OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

There are many different reasons for customers to seek a refund or return of an item(s).

Find below the most common reasons for cancellations and refunds:

  • 1) Change of mind
  • 2) Delivery delayed
  • 3) Item out of stock
  • 4) Item not appropriate
  • 5) Not happy with the product quality
  • 6) Not happy with service
  • 7) Item not available

Paramount Furniture has a fair trading practice and would never hold back customer funds or refuse to accept a return inappropriately. We offer customers complete peace of mind and do not restrict customers to use their statutory rights.

(a) If you wish to cancel your order before the item is delivered to you, just email us at sales@paramountfurniture.co.uk you do not need to give any reasons why you want to cancel. Once we receive this request we will cancel your order. Your funds will be refunded to you between 7 to 30 days.

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS

  1. Items must be returned in their original or appropriate packaging; we may refuse to cancel pick-up if the items are not adequately packed.
  2. There will be a minimum pickup charge £50 which will be deducted from the amount you have paid for the goods within 3 to 5 working days.
  3. There will be no pickup charge if you are returning the goods due to Damage/Wrong/Incomplete delivery.

Please note that the mode of refund will be the same as the mode of payment at the time of placing your order, we cannot issue a refund to a different account.

ITEMS RETURN PROCESS?

Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery to you.

Please retain the packaging, we would require images of boxes in the event of the item delivered damaged, faulty or incorrect. We would require photographic evidence of the damage/discrepancy on the item that is being reported in order for us to arrange a free-of-cost replacement.

You have fourteen (14) working days to return an item for any reason.

Remember Made to order furniture cannot be returned.

Kindly note that on clearance items, we do not offer any replacement.

Minimum £50 (Fifty Pounds) will be charged for arranging a collection for your items if you wish to return them, the reason for the item is not to fit for purpose, or in case you change your mind and decide not to keep the item(s).

Please Note:

  1. Mattress covers, Mattresses, & Pillows are not covered under this policy due to hygiene reasons. If a mattress is faulty or damaged, we will only be able to replace or repair it.
  2. Made to order Furniture is not covered under this policy, except if the item is substandard or has been unintentionally damaged by us during transit.
  3.  Flat Pack furniture on which assembly has been attempted is not covered under this policy. If there is an issue with flat pack furniture, we won't collect the item for a full refund we shall either replace the damaged part of the entire order.
  4. Delivery Charges & other Service charges are not covered under this policy
  5. Once the thirty (30) working days time has lapsed, we cannot accept returns under this policy.
  6. On ready assembled wardrobes Please note in the event the wardrobe does not fit in to your property we do not accept returns please ensure you measure your property before placing an order for the ready assembled wardrobes

RETURN & REFUND

In the event of a product delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect and the customer wants collection for a refund then we would need photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty/incorrect item and the original packaging it was delivered in. Please allow us 10-14 days to arrange collection or send back the goods or hand them over to us at our head office Paramount Furnishings T/A Avid Accountant ,21, Blythswood Square, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 4BL  without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.

The product that you wish to return must be returned in the same condition as supplied and must also be unused & in its original/appropriate packaging.

Upon receiving the items your refund will be then forwarded to our accounts team and the money will be credited to the card you had used to pay within 30 days from the date the item was received in our warehouse.

If you have attempted to assemble the product by yourself or appointed any third party to assemble and whilst assembly damage the item. We are not liable for the damage and are unable to offer a return or refund.

PRIVACY POLICY

Paramount  Furniture collects information about you for the sheer purpose of fulfilling your order and answer to your queries. We do not share your details with any Third Party affiliates without your consent. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
